Avocado Cucumber Salad

This is one of my main stays and is a perfect snack or side to a meal. Takes about 5 minutes to prepare, so the no time excuse does not apply here.:) This is a wonderful spring or summer dish!

-1 Ripe Avocado
-1/2 Cucumber, chopped
-1/4 Cup of cilantro, chopped
-1 Tbsp. of Avocado Oil
-1 tsp. pink salt

1. Chop up the avocados, cucumber and cilantro. Combine all ingredients together and enjoy!
