Banana Oatmeal Flaxseed Cookies
Gluten free, dairy free and only six ingredients! This recipe is so simple and delicious. These cookies are high in fibre and are perfect for a healthy sweet treat! Next time you have some bananas and oats laying around, you know what to do!
-2 Ripe Bananas
-1/2 Cup of GF Oats
-2 Tbsp. of Milled Flaxseed
-1 Tbsp. of Maple Syrup
-Pinch of Cinnamon
-Handful of Dark chocolate chips
1. Line a flat baking tray with parchment paper, preheat oven to 350.
2. Peel and mash the bananas with a fork or with a mixer.
3. Place the mashed bananas, oats, flaxseed, syrup, cinnamon and and extras into a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
4. Spoon out tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Enjoy!
