Cinnamon Roll In A Mug (Gluten Free)

I give you cinnamon buns in a mug! Can you ask for anything more?! I used almond flour with this, but feel free to use whatever flour of your choice you are feeling. Check it out!

-4 Tbsp. of Almond Flour
-1/2 tsp. of Baking Soda
-1/4 tsp. Salt
-2 Eggs
-4 Tbsp. of Coconut Oil, melted
-2 Tbsp. of Maple Syrup
-4 Tbsp. of Milk of Choice (I used Almond Milk)
-1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
-1 tsp. of Cinnamon
Frosting:
-1 Tbsp. of Powdered Sugar
-1 tsp. of Almond Milk
-1/4 tsp. of Almond Extract

1. Combine all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
2. Grease a mug or bowl and pour contents in. Microwave for 3-4 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
3. Combine frosting ingredients and drizzle on top. Enjoy!
