Do you Budda Bowl?


We often think that the newest rage of the “budda bowl” must be this elaborate, beautiful bowl with new found creations and that will bless everyone’s instagram.

To be honest, budda bowls are just salads. These are a few of my favorite things that I had in the fridge. I combined what I liked and boom. When you are trying to eat healthy, don’t overthink it.

This is a random combination of fresh things in my fridge that were about to expire. 
1 cup of Spinach, 1 sweet potato, half of an avocado, 1/3 cup of quinoa, 1/2 cup of chickpeas, 2 Tbsp. of pomegranate, 1 Tbsp. of hemp seeds and some hummus. 

Get creative if you want, but keep it simple friend!
