Grain Free Cookie Dough Balls

If you've been looking for a sign to eat some cookies or cookie dough - here is that sign friends! With very few ingredients I hope you can make this for yourself this week.:)
Grain Free Protein Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients:
-2/3 Cup of Almond Butter
-1/4 Cup of Honey or Maple Syrup
-1/2 Cup of Protein Powder (I use Nuzest Vegan Protein) OR Coconut Flour
-1/3 Cup of Allergy Free Chocolate Chunks

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the nut butter and honey. Mix in the protein powder or coconut flour, then the chocolate chips.
2. Roll into 1-2 inch balls and place on parchment paper of a baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
*Can be stored in fridge for about a week or in the freezer for longer. Makes 12-16 balls.
