Healthy Easy Oatmeal
I get asked quite a bit about what is best for breakfast, to be honest, everyone is different and some people don't like breakfast. That's cool, but personally, its my FAVORITE meal of the day. It sets the tone for what the rest of the day is going to look like and gives me the energy I need!
This is my go to breakfast. Oats! So simple, nutrient dense and is perfect for mixing whatever you want into it. Here's what you need:
-1/2 Cup of Dry Gluten Free Oats
-3/4 Cup of Almond Milk
-1 Tbsp. of Flaxseed
-1 Tbsp. of Pumpkin Seeds (hormone seed cycling)
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-1 Tbsp. of Almond Butter for the toppings
-1/2 Banana on top. Can use whatever fruit you want!
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add the oats, almond milk and cinnamon. Microwave for 1:30. Take out and add toppings!
