Ladies, You Don't Need to Eat Less Than Your Significant Other


Ladies, you don’t have to eat less than your significant other just because you’re a girl!
There are plenty of women who need just as much or maybe more than their male or female counterpart. Unfortunately, society teaches us it’s better to walk around hangry. Diet culture at its finest. You should ALWAYS listen to your body it will not lead you astray.
If you’re hungry, eat until your satisfied. Don’t pay attention to how much others are eating. It doesn’t dictate how much you should have. We all have different needs when it comes to how much we should eat.
Always, always, always listen to what your body is telling you. It’s the only guide that matters. 

-1 Sweet Potato (roasted in oven at 375 for 15 minutes)
-2 cups of kale, chopped
-1 can of chickpeas (roasted at 375 for 20 minutes)
-1 cup of quinoa
-1 can of beets
-1 Avocado
Homemade honey mustard dressing
-1 lemon, juiced
-1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
-2 Tbsp honey
-2 Tbsp dijon mustard
-1/2 tsp. minced garlic
-1/4 tsp. sea salt
-ground pepper, to taste
-1/4 cup of olive oil
