Low Sugar Peppermint Bark


This low sugar peppermint bark recipe is the PERFECT treat for all you low carb people out there who are trying to stay away from sugar. Give it a try!

Chocolate layer:
-6 Tbsp. of coconut oil, softened
-3 drops of peppermint essential oil (or peppermint extract)
-pinch of salt
-2 Tbsp. of cocoa powder
-2 drops of stevia 
Top layer:
-4 Tbsp. of coconut butter, softened
-4 drops of peppermint essential oil
-pinch of salt
-2 drops of stevia
1. Mix together the ingredients for the chocolate layer until well combined. In your small cupcake tray, line with mini cupcake liners and dollop a Tbsp of chocolate layer. Put in freezer. 
2. Mix together the top layer ingredients. Mash up candy canes for the top. Take out cupcake tray and put a tbsp on top of the chocolate layer. 
3. Sprinkle the candy cane topping and put back in freezer for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
