Roasted Root Veggies

Helloooo delciousness! Roasted Root Veggies for the win!
With very few ingredients and a delicious honey, balsamic glaze you are sure to feel you aren't even eating veggies!
Here's what you need:

-3 Sweet Potatoes, Cubed
-1 bag of Brussels Sprouts, sliced down the middle
-Dried Cranberries
-2 Tbsp. of Balsamic
-2 Tbsp. of Honey
-1 tsp. Salt

1. Preheat oven to 400. Cut all veggies in desired sizes. Place into large bowl.
2. Drizzle 1 Tbsp of Balsamic, honey and salt into bowl. Do your best to coat the veggies.
3. Place on a large baking sheet and place in oven for about 15 minutes. Take out and flip veggies over. Add the rest of the balsamic and honey to them. Place in oven for 15 minute more minutes. Enjoy!
