Should you go gluten free⁉️
Being gluten free is becoming more and more common these days. I think it’s important to note that going “gluten free” does not make you automatically healthier. In reality, a lot of Gluten free alternatives (gf bread, pasta, pastries, etc.) are actually FULL of sugar and extra junk to make them taste better. These foods still contain additives, GMO’s, fillers and other unnatural ingredients that actually cost MORE💲
If you replace gluten with real WHOLE foods that will sustain and nourish your body on a cellular level- you will feel a whole lot better. I don’t think everyone needs to avoid gluten 100%- but it’s very over consumed in our society and we process the crap out of it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Gluten aka “glue” does just that to your food. It holds it together and it can be very difficult for your body to break it down and process it because of this characteristic. Leading to bloating, IBS, indigestion, anxiety, depression and other digestive mental health issues (gut/brain connection y’all 💕)
I have been gluten free for 10 years now and it has changed my health significantly. If you are thinking about going gluten free, get tested first to rule out celiac disease. I am not saying go gluten free. I AM saying to be aware of how MUCH gluten you are putting in your body. Listen to your body.

If you struggle with inflammation, bloating and digestion issues you could be consuming too much of it. Not everything you do has to be all or nothing. Especially not what you eat. Moderation is your friend, keep it close
