The Scale is NOT your Identity

This a friendly reminder that what your scale says does not define you. See those three beautiful girls behind me? They are all different heights, different weights and different body types.

What’s their common denominator?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Besides all being bffs, they are WOMEN. Women fluctuate about 5-8 pounds on a daily basis, depending on water, food, hormones and lifestyle.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Point being, the scale can be a crappy way to measure progress and is NOT who you are.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I can’t even count the number of times, people have told me to be careful to not get too big. LOL. Apparently being smaller doesn’t make you more confident.

LOVE your body you are in right now. It is the only one you have baby. The scale is not your identifier. Never has been, never will be and it isn’t right now.
