Vegan & Dairy Free Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

This healthy ice cream is the perfect treat for warm summer day. Got some avocados you need to use? Try this recipe out next time you are craving ice cream!

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
(Vegan/GF/Dairy Free)
-2 Ripe Avocados
-1 Can of Coconut Milk
-1/3 Cup of Real Maple Syrup
-5 Drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
-1/2 tsp. of salt
-1/2 Cup of Vegan Chocolate Chip
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and cover with ice cream mixture.
3. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until desired consistency. Enjoy!
